What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, PSI Seating Ltd will repair or supply replacement parts for products that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
PSI Seating Ltd will repair the product at no charge, using new replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for the products purchased from PSI Seating Ltd is product specific and can be found on the individual product pages on this website.
A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT DEFECTS, DAMAGE, FAILURE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Abuse, misuse, or accident (including, without limitation, use of product in unsuitable environments or conditions).
• Alteration or modification of the product.
• The substitution of any unauthorised components for use in the place of PSI Seating Ltd components.
